Shipping policy

All quilt orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after daily cutoff time will be handled the next working day. Our quilts are vacuum-packed to reduce shipping volume. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information; please allow 24 hours for tracking data to activate.

Standard domestic shipping takes 4–8 business days. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $80. Expedited shipping is optional with extra fees, delivered in 2–4 business days. We ship internationally to selected countries. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Delivery overseas normally takes 10–20 business days, subject to customs clearance delays.

If your quilt arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide photos of packaging and defects. We do not ship to PO boxes. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or force majeure.
